Letters from Melissa...

Well, guys, today was a big day. Today I became a professional studio singer. We had a blast recording an industrial for Nashville WB 58 at LCI Studios on the row. I meet a great singer named Caroline and worked with a producer I've been working with here in town named Dan Schafer. They even might turn the industrial into a video I'd get to be in!!! I'm so excited to be working in studios again, and am finally loving being there!!!

We've also been keeping really busy. Stay tuned for a show coming up at the French Quarter with my great friend Curt Stacy, and we've got even more in the works.

Most exciting, I can't wait for everyone to hear the great new songs we've been working on and hopefully will be able to get down really soon. I'm also so lucky to be working with some great songwriters, including our old friend Ben Romans on listening to all the amazing songs they are wiling to shar with me.

With so much going on, this is such an exciting time, and I'm so happy to share it with you! I'll catch you again soon!

Happy summer! Wow, what a busy couple of months it's been. I've been keeping really busy moving, traveling, and taking care of business. Now, it's rearing up even more and roaring into summer, the best part of the year!

Dani and I have also been really busy the last couple of months on our new project. My first album!!!!!!!!! Right now, we're busy in the studio getting ready, writing alot, meeting songwriters, and doing all the other fun pre-production stuff. A release date hasn't been put in stone yet, but I'll keep you posted.

Also, check back to get updates on shows. I'm so pumped because I'm finally going to be getting back to the part of it all I love the most, making music live! We're going to be doing shows all over town soon, so I can't wait for you guys to come out and see me!

Hey guys! Welcome to my new web-site, melissabauer.com! I am so excited to finally have this site up and running and to have a place to let all of my amazing fans and supporters know what's going on. We've had so much exciting stuff going on since the move here, and a lot more in the works, so stay tuned and keep checking back to hear the latest.
